Our 100% workmanship guarantee applies to sub-standard installation practices that are found to be the direct cause of the fault, as well as installations not undertaken in accordance with Australian Standards. Any material/equipment failure & product defects are a manufacturer warranty claim. We will do our best to assist as much as possible.
